I had this unusual experience this morning lying in bed. The day was just dawning and I looked up above a door. It was still reasonably dark and no light was on. However, there was enough light to see a dark area. In this dark area my mind saw a pile of snakes. They were all crunched together, and alive.
I got up and had breakfast and the thought kept coming to my mind. I had my prayer time and asked the Lord if there was anything in this.
Here is a paraphrase of what I felt the Lord say - "The snakes are all constrained in a pile. They are not free to do as they like but they are watching".
We must stay very close to the Lord. Keep up with prayer, bible reading and everything else the Lord is speaking to us about personally. You will know what this is. This is not a game. We are to remain in God, and give no room for the snakes to be allowed out of their confinement. Meaning - leave no room for the enemy to gain ground. Keep submitted to the Lord God. Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance. Bring every thought captive.
