I am starting with a prayer. Dear heavenly Father, I pray that everyone who hears this word would take heed and listen to what you are telling them. In Jesus name. Amen. Oh Lord please let this be.
The Lord God says - "This is a must. It is past a warning. GET BACK TO NATURE. GET BACK TO NATURE. Get back to nature. Control, control, THERE IS CONTROL IN THE FREQUENCIES. There is control in the frequencies. Get back - GET BACK. Get back to nature where the frequencies are SUBLIME. Get back I say, this is not a warning, it is ESSENTIAL. RED ALERT, RED ALERT. GET BACK GET BACK I SAY".
Personal note: The time is 3.16 am. I believe the Lord woke me up with this word. When he finished, he spoke to me about the time. 3.16. Then the scripture John 3:16

Personal note: approx. 8 hours after he gave this word, I opened my phone and wondered if the Lord would confirm this word for me. (As he often does through various forms). This is what I immediately saw on X - (you can't make this stuff up.)

Personal note: I believe the Lord is saying by "get back to nature" - spend time away from electronic equipment. Leave your cell phone in the car if it is safe to do so. Walk on the beach barefoot, walk in the parks, do gardening and put your hands in the dirt - no gloves, listen to the birds, waterfalls - touch the water etc. There are frequencies in nature that are healing and powerful. They will cancel out the harms of electromagnetic fields in your body. Also - pray about everything. Pray about what this word means for you personally. This is what I believe the Lord is saying.
